Operatives trained to the right standards
We develop our traffic management operatives through the Lantra scheme. Our low-speed pathway covers 12D M1–M6 qualifications, with the end goal of supervisor M6. Our high-speed pathway covers 12AB operatives, LTMO, Foreman and TSCO roles. This means the operatives we supply are progressing through recognised qualifications.
